3 Ways to Eat More Food and Still Lose Fat



I don't know about you but one of my favourite words of all time is MORE. More food, more money, more time - you get the picture!

If you're like me, you probably agree that the concept of starving yourself sucks! That is why most people trying to lose fat throw in the proverbial towel.

Don't get me wrong, I know it would be wrong to assume you can eat chocolate cake all day long and lose weight. But what if you could still eat a healthy amount of food and never feel hungry again?

1. Do More Cardio

Makes sense doesn't it? The more calories you burn, the more food you can eat. It's that simple.

You won't need to rely so much on dieting alone to accomplish your goals. If you do an extra 40-45 minutes of cardio a day you will be putting a huge dent in the amount of fat you have to lose.

In fact, there are times where I almost needed to slow down because my metabolism was so jacked!

I would rather do simple walking each day and feel full than going bonkers sitting around the house because I feel so hungry all the time.

2. Eat More Protein

It's a little known fact that protein helps you feel more full. It also takes more energy to digest than fats or carbs.

It will help with your metabolism and protein also tastes great. I love BBQ chicken!

All you need to do is drop your carbs a little bit and raise your protein. By doing this you will notice a huge difference!

3. Eat Natural Foods

Natural foods are less calorie dense than processed foods. Compare a typical t.v. dinner to a baked potato and a chicken breast.

There is no comparison. Natural foods win every time!

If you prepare them right, natural foods taste great and you can eat a lot more. On the other hand, processed foods are loaded with ingredients that hinder fat loss anyway.

Here is the test...

Ask yourself how many ingredients a certain food contains. That is how you know
how effective it is or not.

Which is better, packaged turkey breast or real turkey breast? Instant mashed potato's or a real potato?

I am sure you get the picture. Doing this will ensure that you can put more food into your mouth.

And that is what we want!

Again, most dieters give up because they feel hungry all of the time. By following these 3 suggestions above you will never feel hungry again.

The extra fat will come off just the same and naturally too. You will be less likely to binge eat and you will be in a much better mood too.

Ultimately you want something you can stick with. Depriving yourself can only last so long, no matter how much will power you have.

So here it is again - do more cardio, eat more protein and eat natural foods containing only one ingredient.
