Go through all the food in these areas and trash everything that will hurt you in your diet, heck you may even clean out all the expired foods making it look better. The whole point of doing this is, once you throw out the junk food, you will not be tempted, perhaps late at night to go to the kitchen and feast on junk food. Instead, you can replace the empty shelves you have cleaned out with healthier alternatives that will aid in you losing weight and gaining muscle.
