I Have a Home Abdominal Workout But Still No Six Pack Abs Whats Wrong?



Dreaming of a great body? Do you have a home abdominal workout routine? If you want to get a fabulous six pack and lose the stubborn belly fat you could get a little frustrated at the slow results. Even though they exercise and control the diet some folks just have don't seem to have success when it comes to building abs. Be sure your getting a few servings of fresh vegetables and fruits daily. Tip: My buddy lost seven pounds just by not drinking pop, I was impressed so I quit drinking pop and guess what seven pounds gone. Pop is mostly sugar and it shows change to water and Gatorade you'll lose weight feel hydrated and get more from your workout.

Bonus Tip: Another friend dropped 100 lbs by drinking two liters of green tea each day. You may want to go there. Heck he didn't even have a home abdominal workout routine.

Last of all be sure your exercising consistently don't expect results from working out once a week.
